Most of us don’t allow our confidence to surface.
We think we are impostors, undeserving of our good fortune. Or we allow our inner critic to hold us back.
Or, worse still, we listen to the voices of others – real or imagined – that tell us to fly below the radar, to be quiet and meek because we are not good enough, not destined for success.
Rubbish. Confidence in your unique and inimitable abilities is both necessary and accessible.
I’ve created this series of tools, techniques, workshops and seminars to help people in all walks of life develop confidence in presentations, communication and assertiveness, emotional intelligence and influencing others, business writing, and much more.
But let me be clear: I teach something deeper and more meaningful than building a ‘personal brand.’ I am not offering tricks to mask your true self and develop a persona to sell to the world. I advocate the real, the absolutely believable. My gift is spotting what you or your team have that is genuine and unique – and helping you polish that gem of your authentic self to its most excellent lustre and setting you free to truly shine.
‘How we communicate, first with ourselves and then with the world, determines our happiness.'
